Birthday Parties

After you submit your request for a party form and the $85 booking fee ($100 for non-members), we will confirm that we have coaches available for the date and time requested. Then, we will confirm back to you that we are all set (usually within 3-4 days) via email. A few days before the party, we will reach out for a good RSVP count of how many are attending. This will allow coaches to prepare games and set up the gym accordingly.

The $85 fee (due at request) covers 10 kids participating in the party. There is an additional fee of $5 for each child over 10 kids that will be due after the party. (Kids must be 2.5 years to participate.) Payments and party requests can be left in the locked drop box in the lobby. We will bill you the following Monday after the party if needed for the additional kids in attendance.

Parties are normally 2 hours long with 1 hour in the gym with a coach (es) and one hour in the studio for cake, ice cream, presents, etc. You do not have to use the whole 2 hour period.

The coaches will be at the gym 15-20 minutes ahead of the party time to set up the gym activities and for you to come early and decorate and move around the tables and chairs if you like.

We have an icebox for your refreshments!

Parties may take place outside of regular class times, and you will have the gym to yourselves! (no kids are allowed in the gym after the 1-hour gym portion)
