The Summer 2024 session starts May 28th and runs until August 1, 2024.
We accept enrollment at any time! We will prorate fees from your start date.
We do allow prorating of classes in the summer with a prior absence form - turn in before the session starts!
There is a $5 registration fee for new students not enrolled in the fall/spring session.
Summer fees can be prorated with PRIOR written notice (no emails) on the form provided below or in the office.
Other absences not known at enrollment can be made up in another class time.
We offer a two week drop notice policy should you decided our classes are not right for you. We also explain our gym and payment policies, as well as info on making up missed classes, and our goals, motto and gymnastics philosophies.
Laura is in the office Tues-Wed evenings to answer all your questions regarding class enrollment, monthly fees and more.
Can't come? Send us an email at heartlandallstars@ruraltel.net or call us at 785-625-5567 and leave a message.
You can self report in the Parent Portal if you unexpectedly cant make it to class as well as schedule a make up class.
If you have never been to Heartland, Select “Click Here to Register” after clicking any link below. The site will prompt you to add students and enroll in class(es). Be sure to choose the Summer 2024 tab and follow your enrollment ALL the way through the checkout process. You may choose to pay online or in the office at your first class.
Please drop off your absence forms before your 1st class so we can figure your balance for you. No email list of dates, all absence notices must be on the paper form available in the office or HERE.
If this is your first time logging in but have attended Heartland in the last year, please use the email address you provided at the time of enrollment then select ‘Forgot Password‘ and follow the prompts. After you have created your family account you should see your kids’ class information and your payment information. (If you do not, please email Heartlandallstars@ruraltel.net for further instruction). You will then be able to enroll as normal!
If you already have an account, please login like normal, choose Register for a new class, and enroll by selecting the Summer season tab.
If you have any problems signing in or navigating the site, please let us know!
Stop by during office hours and chat about enrolling in the summer session!
You can find the current enrollment forms and schedule at the links below.
Boys may wear snug-fitting shorts and a shirt/tank. Girls may wear the same temporarily ONLY until you can get a leotard. It is dangerous to spot with baggy clothing, dangling jewelry, or loose hair as coaches can get caught in it. Wearing a leotard allows coaches to safely spot tumbling and see little bodies move to properly correct technique. Socks and booty shorts are permitted. No leggings, tights, skirts, or two-piece outfits (no midriffs showing) are allowed. Hint: a one-piece swimsuit works great as a leo!
We do have leotards for sale in the lobby. They are organized by size and priced as marked (plus tax). Online stores such as eBay or simply Googling ‘Gymnastics Leotards‘ for awesome (and cheap!) results. If you would like recommendations let us know!
Privates are by request and limited availability to first-come-first-served. You work one-on-one with a coach or as a small group for a discounted rate.
Private lessons are billed on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s lessons and due by the 15th of each billed month.
We hate to see you go but if you must, we require a 2 week written notice to withdraw from the program and are responsible for class fees through the 2 weeks. If your child stops attending classes, but we have not received a written notice of withdrawal, you will be responsible for class fees up to 2 weeks after we receive a written notice of withdrawal, regardless of your child’s attendance. See more in the Rules and Policies.
We have limited seating in the gym for parents to stay and watch. If it not required! Some kids need mom or dad there, others do better when family is not watching. Your call!
There are cubbies on the east wall of the gym to put your belongings. Pick any! It is important to keep the walkway in front of the seats clear since this area is the runway for the vault.
