Kids Sports, Gymnastics Classes - Hays, KS

 Our Preschool classes are for boys & girls ages 2.5 (or potty trained) to 4.5 years old. We focus on coordination, motor skills, counting, shapes, colors, putting skills together and introducing technique – the building blocks of gymnastics. We will work skills on the tramp, tumble track, spring floor, uneven bars, balance beam and vault. 

 This class is by invitation for preschoolers that have mastered the basic gymnastics preschool skills but are too young for a beginners/adv. beginners class. 

 Beginner/Adv Beginner classes are for girls ages 5 and up. This class focuses on building the fundamentals in a fun and safe environment. This class will work on the uneven bars, floor, balance beam and vault building strength and coordination. 

 This class is by invitation for girls ages 5 and up that have mastered a set of eligible skills such as back handspring and beam tumbling. This class will challenge your child by added to their skill set and putting skills together on the uneven bars, balance beam, floor and vault. 

 The Boys I class is for boys ages 4-6 years old. This class will focus on building skills for boys gymnastics events – Floor Tumbling, Rings, Vault and Bars. This class is GREAT for active boys that want to work on strength, agility and overall athleticism. 

 Boys II is for boys ages 7 & up. This class builds on the skills from Boys I on the tumbling, rings, vault and bars. 

 This SUPER fun class will enjoy obstacle courses, strength training and overall fitness drills and challenges. Ages 5 and up, boys and girls (no leotards needed for this class!) 

 This tumbling and trampoline class for grades 7 and up will utilize the spring floor and tumbling trampoline to perfect cheer tumbling skills. This class is for individuals, however, we do also offer cheer squad private classes for groups of 5 or more.
