Online Parent Portal

 Select “Click Here to Register” after clicking any link above. The site will prompt you to add students and enroll in class(es). Be sure to follow your enrollment ALL the way through the checkout process. You may choose to pay online or in the office at your first class. *We do offer split payments for the summer session. Please see the office for details. 

 Using the email you originally enrolled at Heartland with, select ‘Forgot Password‘ and follow the prompts. After you have created your family account you should see your students’ class information and your payment information. (If you do not, please email Heartlandallstars@ruraltel.net for further instruction). You will then be able to enroll as normal! 

 Please log in like normal and enroll by selecting the current season tab, or use the page menu to navigate viewing your account information. 

You can now to both online at your convenience!  No more calling or emailing the office - just hop online and mark your gymnast absent and schedule a make-up class right away!  

 Privates must be arranged through the office! You may create your account here, then contact the office to schedule. Once finalized, you will be able to view your bill and pay online. 

 When enrolling, PLEASE be sure to complete your enrollment through the checkout to finalize your enrollment. Failing to do so will cancel your enrollment. There will be two payment options, pay in the office or online by card.
